CoF Up: Pina Colada Panna Cotta

We are back this week with another episode and recipe from #CoFUp.

This time we take you on a trip to the islands with this easy peasy dessert.

CoF Up: Pina Colada Panna Cotta


Ingredients:

2 Cups Coconut flavoured Double Cream Yoghurt

¼ cup Milk

½ Tsp Vanilla essence

1 ½ Leaves Gelatine (bloomed in water)

Pineapple cake pieces

Method:

In a saucepan, mix and warm up your Yoghurt, Milk and Essence.


Add your cake pieces and let it infuse for about 6 minutes.


Strain the mixture into a bowl then return to the pot where you stir in your gelatine until fully dissolved. Transfer to a dish (either for serving or unmoulding once set)

U Tip: If you're in a hurry, then pop it into the freezer and it will set in no time.

Or just let it set overnight in the fridge.
